Our residential service area includes Upstate SC and Western NC.

But you don’t want to have to cancel all your outdoor plans every time it rains, or the sun is intensely hot, or the wind is blowing a bit briskly. Our screen room is the perfect solution for you. This outdoor room can create a sheltered area that allows you to enjoy your outdoor living even when the weather isn’t being cooperative. Plus, it keeps out the bugs! Providing shelter from the sun, rain, and wind, a screen room is a fast and economical way to extend the usability of your patio or deck and increase the enjoyment of your outdoor living areas.

About Our Screen Rooms

Our screen rooms are available in 4 colors: White, Bronze, Beige, and Clay.
Three different wall styles are available: Full View Screen, Knee Wall (solid panel at the base), and Integrated Railing (perfect for decks).
Our screen rooms are built using heavy duty screen mesh for durability.
The screens are easy to replace which is important because accidents do happen.
Constructed of low maintenance aluminum, our screen rooms never need painting and are easy to keep clean.
We offer a 10-year product warranty and a 3-year installation warranty on our screen rooms.

We have had Greenville Awning install our back porch awning twice. My husband is confined to a wheelchair and enjoys our porch under our awning. We live on a hill and heavy wind never affected our awning. After two major hail storms, our roof and awning sustained damage. Everyone at Greenville Awning was so professional. Our awning was ripped to shreds by hurricane Helene. Greenville awning was the best replacement price from several companies considered and did an absolutely fantastic job! From the initial sales visit by Mike Lee, to all of the follow-up and communications from Nicole Rowland.
